Terms & Conditions of Sale (UK Version)
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by both consumers
and business customers.
A consumer is an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business or
profession.
A business customer is any person or entity acting for purposes relating to their trade, business or
profession.
Where a business customer seeks to rely on their own terms and conditions, such terms are
expressly rejected unless we have agreed to them in writing.
2. Contracting Party, Formation of Contract & Order Corrections
Your contract is with Silwy UK Ltd.
By displaying goods in our online shop we invite you to place an order. You may add items to your
basket and amend your order before completing checkout.
A binding contract is formed when you confirm your order. You will then receive an order
confirmation email.
3. Contract Language & Storage of Terms
The contract may be concluded in English. We store the contract details and will send you a copy of
your order confirmation and these Terms by email.
4. Description of Goods
Product descriptions and images form part of the contract. Colours may vary slightly due to screen
differences.
5. Delivery
Delivery charges and available shipping methods are shown on our Delivery & Payment page.
Delivery is made by courier to the address provided.
6. Payment Methods
We offer: Prepayment, Credit/Debit Card, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (consumers
only), PayPal, and Sofort via Klarna.
7. Consumer Right to Cancel
Consumers may cancel within 14 days of receiving goods. Businesses have no cancellation right
unless agreed.
Exclusions: personalised items, hygiene-sensitive items once opened, and clearly marked
second-choice or clearance items.
8. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until paid in full. For businesses, title is retained until all debts are
cleared.
9. Delivery Issues & Transport Damage
Consumers: Please report damage promptly (does not affect rights).
Businesses: Risk passes upon handover to courier; inspect immediately.
10. Warranty & Guarantees
Consumers have statutory rights. Businesses have a 12nmonth warranty period. Additional
guarantees appear on product pages.
11. Liability
We accept unlimited liability for death, injury, fraud, or product liability. Other liability is limited to
foreseeable losses.
12. Age Restricted Goods
Age verification may be required. Delivery only to the named purchaser.
13. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Business jurisdiction: England. Invalid clauses do not affect the remainder.
