Shipping policy

At Silwy UK Ltd, we aim to dispatch and deliver all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Delivery

Standard shipping is £6.99  for most items and £2.99 for small items for delivery to any location withing the UK. We aim for next business day, but this may not be possible for remote locations. 

For large orders or pallets please contact us for shipping information.

Remote & Extended Delivery Areas

Deliveries to remote or rural locations may take longer than the estimated delivery timeframe. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Northern Ireland
• Southern Ireland / Republic of Ireland
• Jersey and the Channel Islands
• Scottish Highlands & Islands
• Other offshore or remote UK locations

Delivery times to these areas can vary depending on courier availability and local service conditions.

Dispatch Information

Orders are processed during normal business working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where available.

Delays Outside Our Control

While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure prompt service, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including adverse weather conditions, courier network delays, customs processing, or peak seasonal demand.
